Smart Parking Management System Components
Dimonoff’s all-in-one parking management solution has been designed as a complete parking ecosystem. Developed around the Spatium management platform, Dimonoff’s parking solution integrates sensors, connected objects and any other parking products, including any existing third-party hardware & software systems to ensure a streamlined experience for your team.

Dimonoff’s parking sensors are installed to monitor each parking spot generating data on space occupancy in real time. This data is available both to operators on a web platform accessible from anywhere, and parkers via mobile applications, providing opportunities for easy wayfinding, mobile-enabled payments and enhanced policies, thanks to robust data analytics.
Spatium Platform
Being the central piece of Dimonoff’s all-in-one smart parking solution, the Spatium management platform enables you to remotely monitor, control, optimize the activity of your entire parking in real time and build real business intelligence to leverage the full potential of your parking. Built as an open system architecture, Spatium integrates Dimonoff’s MPS smart parking sensors or any existing third-party parking systems that you may already possess, such as payment terminals, access barriers, license plate recognition cameras or dynamic display panels.
Parking Occupancy Sensors
Dimonoff’s MPS Sensors:
Using LiDAR environment scanning, Dimonoff’s sensors simultaneously detect the occupancy state of 2 parking spaces. These sensors are seamless to install, can be integrated in any type of environment and for any kind of installation (walls, ceilings, custom urban infrastructure). They can also be powered with two (2) replaceable Li-Ion batteries and therefore doesn’t require any electrical installation.
Third-Party Sensors:
Got your parking sensors already? Say no more, they are probably already supported by Spatium. There is a chance we’ve already done the work for the sensor of your choice. The Spatium parking management platform was designed as an open system that integrates any smart parking sensor from the market.
Gateways
The wireless control gateways allow communication between any parking sensors (including Dimonoff’s Gateway M1) and the Spatium parking management platform.
Each gateway autonomously manages a group of connected objects, communicating via LoRa. This eliminates any dependence on a central server for normal operation and makes the system redundant and robust.
Dimonoff’s Gateway M1 offers you endless possibilities as they can integrate any IoT sensor on the market, including air quality, noise level, panic button sensors among many others.
