The RME-H3 is a brand-new product based on the newest technologies both in term of electronic, radios and operating system.
The RME-H3 offers obviously the basic functionalities, but also comes with the fulfillment of the promise to connect all the new families of sensors. Including obviously the digital and analog sensors that we can find on the market, but also future generation. It means that we can adapt to the newer protocols and also ties in with the connectivity to edge devices that will carry things like the result of an automated license plate recognition, sound recognition. And we’re even looking into smell recognition.
And finally, one of the very exciting points about the RME-H3 is the new construction of not only its operating system based on free RTOS, but all the firmware and its ability to sustain upgrades over the air. Not only for the firmware of the module, but also the firmware of the radio, the operating system can be upgraded over-the-air, including all the security layers and the encryption.
