Our comments
Our discussions in the past months made us realize that more than ever city managers are laser focused on improving the efficiency and quality of services offered to citizens. Their top priority really is their citizens’ quality of life, at all levels, and that makes us very happy and proud since we share the same goal.
We also find that cities are very careful in front of the wave of new appealing technologies, the new shiny objects as they say. We agree with this approach because of the inherent risks this poses financially, technologically and ultimately to public trust. We believe that citizens must be at the center of any decision regarding technological integration. Citizen problems are at the center of our solution design thinking as well, and we certainly don’t want to create more problems!
In order to ensure that we help solve real world problems, we conduct structured analysis for every solution that can be integrated in the DimOnOff | SCMS platform. We truly believe that technology can solve real problems and are intent on cocreating cities that are sustainable, safe and enjoyable for all citizens. Let’s do this together!
