Dimonoff to Attend UMQ’s Assises 2023 in Gatineau, Québec
Dimonoff is proud to announce its participation in the Assises 2023 of the Union des municipalités du Québec (UMQ) which will be held from May 3 to 5, 2023 in Gatineau, Quebec.
This annual meeting brings together elected officials and municipal representatives from across Quebec to discuss issues related to local governance. Under the theme of “Local Government is Essential”, Assises 2023 will highlight the importance of municipalities in the lives of citizens and in the development of communities. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore ways to improve the quality of municipal services and strengthen collaboration between different levels of government.
Dimonoff is pleased to participate in this event and contribute to the discussions on how the Internet of Things (IoT) technologies can help municipalities improve their services and become more efficient. Our sales team will be available at [booth #6] to present our full range of solutions, including our public lighting and smart parking management systems, that can help municipalities reduce their operating costs, improve the quality of life of their citizens and contribute to their fight against climate change.
As a matter of fact, our technology is already being used by several Quebec municipalities to manage their urban lighting assets. Thanks to the ongoing smart lighting control project, jointly implemented with the FQM, more than 145,000 smart streetlights are now connected and remotely controlled through our Dimonoff | SCMS asset management platform.
