How does it work?
- Do you have acquaintances who are open for a change and would like to help them, while obtaining a reward?
- We offer this program which allows you to refer the best talents to us and we reward you for your help!
- After sending us a candidate's reference, our Human Resources team will initiate the interview process or ask the person opening the position to do so.
Steps to follow
- Fill out the form on this page and click "Send": your part of the work is already completed!
- There is no participation limit, you can refer multiple candidates for multiple positions by starting over this form submission.
- If your referred candidate is hired, we will contact you, and you will be entitled to a prime worth $ 100! If the candidate is still present within the company after his probationary period (according to the agreements in force), you will be eligible for an additional prime of a value of $ 400.

Program eligibility
This program is for anyone who is not an employee of Dimonoff or its subsidiaries and who recommends a candidate who will be hired. You will be contacted by a person working in Human Resources department in order to inform you, only if the referred candidate is hired and ends his probationary period of 6 months. The bonus amount is likely a taxable benefit. No information will be sent to you concerning the person you have referred (salary, refusal, unsuccessful candidate, etc.). Dimonoff or its subsidiaries reserve the right to terminate their referral program at any time. Any payment due for a referral hired before the end or change of this program will be honored.
